No, I will only work on people I have received permission to work on.  First, it is unlikely I would be able to connect to their subconscious at all.  Second, working on someone without their knowledge is a gross violation of their personhood.  I would personally be pretty angry if someone told me they had entered into and altered my subconscious in some way without my permission!  I hold each person and their spirit as sacred.
